MEET THE FOUNDER,
TEGAN MACKENZIE
With over a decade of PA and Executive Assistant experience, Tegan has supported senior leaders across some of the UK’s most recognised organisations, including Sky and Burberry, working at Executive Committee level. Her experience also includes supporting HNWI (high net-worth individuals), the CEO of a boutique investment firm and the founder of a UK-based company behind major Hollywood film productions.
Her experience spans demanding, fast-paced environments where discretion, judgement and attention to detail are essential; managing complex diaries, competing priorities, international travel, projects and the day-to-day detail that sits behind senior leadership.
Mackenzie Private Office was born from a desire to offer that same calibre of support in a more flexible and personal way; combining the professionalism expected at Executive Committee level with the warmth and practicality needed when supporting someone’s life outside of work.
Tegan’s approach is calm, proactive and highly personal: understanding how each client works, anticipating what needs doing and becoming a trusted pair of hands behind the scenes.

From our first conversation, we’ll be straightforward about where we can help, what level of support makes sense and, importantly, when we don’t think you need us at all.
NO LONG TIE-INS
Our retainers begin with an initial one-month commitment, followed by a rolling monthly arrangement with 30 days’ notice. Your support can evolve as your circumstances do.
ONLY THE SUPPORT YOU NEED
We won’t recommend a larger package simply because we can. If we think five hours will comfortably cover what you need, we’ll tell you. If we don't believe ongoing support would genuinely benefit you, we'll tell you that too.
CONFIDENTIALITY, BUILT IN
Discretion sits at the heart of Mackenzie Private Office. Confidentiality provisions form part of our client agreements, and we're also happy to put a mutual NDA in place before discussing sensitive business or personal matters.
CLEAR FEES WITH NO SURPRISES
You’ll know your agreed monthly retainer and what's included before we begin. If something falls outside your agreed scope or requires additional time or third-party costs, we'll discuss it with you first.

We take sensible precautions around the information and access entrusted to us, including secure password management, MFA and appropriate data-protection practices.
